Bats
Big brown bats and little brown bats are the species we see most in Raleigh homes. They get in through gaps as small as three-eighths of an inch — ridge cap separations, soffit vents and chimney flashing on older housing stock near the Crabtree Creek and Walnut Creek corridors. Bat work here is seasonal: North Carolina restricts exclusion from May 1 through July 31 during maternity season, and we schedule around it.
Raccoons
Raccoons follow the greenway and creek systems into Raleigh neighborhoods. The Neuse River Trail, Crabtree Creek and Walnut Creek all work as wildlife corridors, and Umstead pushes activity into the western edge of the city. Birds

Moles and Voles
